- Docents may be requested at no extra charge & require 2 weeks prior notice.
- Groups of 20 or more are charged at the rate of $8/guest.
- Special rates for school field trips
- All tours scheduled outside of regular business hours of 20 guests or less require a minimum, non- refundable deposit of $100 payable no later than 2 weeks prior to the tour. Groups larger than 20 guests require at least a 50% minimum, non-refundable deposit payable no later than 2 weeks prior to the tour. Exact deposit requirement is at the discretion of the museum’s executive director. Balance is due the day of the tour.
- Meeting space is available with 2 weeks prior notice for an additional charge:
- Legacy Gallery Small Meeting space is a unique option at a great price, perfect for small gatherings during regular business hours: $10/person.

Driver is complimentary.
Limited to 30 guests and does not include exclusive use of the Museum, events before or after regular business hours or events for which entertainment, catering or decorations are needed. Museum must be left in original condition, and meetings must conclude one hour before museum closing.
