We welcome groups throughout the year and offer special rates and options. Contact our Guest Services department to book your tour today: 330-394-1899 or national@packardmuseum.org.  You are also welcome to discuss your options in person during regular hours.  We're open Tue-Sat from 12:00PM-5:00PM and Sunday from 1:00PM to 5:00PM.  We're closed on Monday and all major holidays.

Tours scheduled during regular museum hours:

  • Docents may be requested at no extra charge & require 2 weeks prior notice.      
  • Groups of 20 or more are charged at the rate of $8/guest.
  • Groups less than 20 simply pay regular admission fees
  • Special rates for school field trips
  • Driver is complimentary

*The exact deposit requirement is at the discretion of the museum’s executive director. Balance is payable the day of the tour.

Tours scheduled outside of regular business hours:

  • All tours scheduled outside of regular business hours require a minimum, non-refundable deposit of 50% payable no later than 2 weeks prior to the tour.

Meeting space is available with 2 weeks prior notice for an additional charge:

  • Legacy Gallery Small Meeting space is a unique option at a great price, perfect for small gatherings during regular business hours: $10/person – limited to 30 guests.
  • Includes use of our tables and chairs
  • Self-catered food & beverages

Limited to 30 guests and does not include exclusive use of the Museum, events before or after regular business hours or events for which entertainment, catering or decorations are needed. Museum must be left in original condition, and meetings must conclude one hour before museum closing, at 4PM.
