We gladly welcome groups of 20 or more on all days that the Museum is open to the public. All groups must reserve their tickets in advance to receive group rates and benefits. Please make your reservation at least 45 days prior to arrival by contacting the Group Sales Department at (330) 394-1899. Please e-mail your questions or concerns to National@PackardMuseum.org.
Group Benefits Standard and additional benefits are available to groups of 20 or more. Final count and advanced payment are required. Standard group reservation includes:

Group Rates
Reservations for 20 or more. $5 per person, rates are subject to change. Please call for more information.
Chaperones/Complimentary Admission We require chaperones for youth and student visitors. Chaperones receive complimentary admission at a 1:10 ratio. All bus drivers and tour directors receive complimentary admission.
Payment Final payment is due fifteen (15) business days prior to the group's arrival.
Cancellation Policy The National Packard Museum will provide a full refund for group cancellations only, provided that written notice of the cancellation (with receipt of confirmation) is received at least ten (10) business days prior to your group's reservation date. Under NO circumstances will the National Packard Museum provide a partial refund for non-attendance OR for written notices of cancellation received less than ten (10) days prior to your groups reservation date.
Length of Stay The recommended length of stay below aims to provide your group ample time to view the entire Museum.
